District 4 includes Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Gloucester, Poquoson, Williamsburg and the Eastern Shore.
Eight students competed at the conference, in categories like Quiz Bowl, Job Skill Demonstration, Job Interview, Spelling, and Current Events.
