Telecom reporter on the sceneTelecom reporter on the sceneAs prom season approaches each year, Telecom students are doing more than looking for fancy clothes and a date for the big event. They are working as camera crew and TV reporters as part of "Every 15 Minutes," a national program that warns of the dangers of driving while distracted or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

White with video cameraTelecom graduate Corey White, Jr. is a senior at Virginia Wesleyan University who "cannot wait to graduate." White was a student at the Telecommunications Center his junior and senior years of high school. He graduated from Heritage High in 2014, and now he is spending time at Telecom again, this time as an intern.
